Backed up with contact centre, engineering,and EV charging experience he has a proven track record of transforming operations to achieve high commercial success while maintaining high net promoter scores (NPS) and customer satisfaction levels (CSAT); all qualities needed to offer the best user experience. 

 Prior to joining Aqua, he worked at ChargePoint Services (GeniePoint Network) where he managed 4000+charging points, provided best-in-class customer service to over 200,000drivers whilst delivering and meeting all SLA and KPI targets across the network for 5 years running, including 99% network uptime.
